The ARENA sofa both invites people and participates to a welcoming muffled and cosy atmosphere. Its contemporary touch ex- presses itself throughout its soft lines and finds out its whole meaning into the thinness of the backrest. This hint of modernity ap- pears as obvious considering the choice of the suspended backrest. The seat stands out from the ground with delicacy as if it were floating. Those are the details which contribute to the Arena sofa lightness. The external wooden structure has been finely worked, deeply inspired by a traditional know-how which comes to underline the set leaving a strong feeling of identity to the sofa, special to Porada.
Emmanuel presents SCRIPT, a collection of coffee-tables with various typologies. They are functional and they also give the user the free- dom to structure the space as he wishes. These pieces of furniture are composed of noble and contrasted materials such as wood, marble and glass. Thus, a delicate harmony emanates from it. More than just worked, wood, here, is trully carved with reference to Gio Ponti’s works and style while marble is cut to shape. The dark colors of the materials place this marvelous collection into a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere.
LOLITA chair offers an impression of lightness in a language endowed with extreme simplicity. Just as a ring would do, its wooden structure comes to wrap up the seat that appears to be delicately laid down inside. The combination of those two elements results in a very contemporary line. No doubt, it can be seen as a tribute and a reference to Gio Ponti’s style.
The LOOP table echoes this chair, revealing a very similar interpretation. The ring shaped wooden structure with its dark smoked glass top leaves the pattern of the base fully visible. Here again, the union of those well-matched elements is modern thanks to the elegant combination of both wood and glass.
